CUPS is a non-profit organization that provides integrated care services to vulnerable individuals and families in Calgary, Alberta. They have a big vision of extending that support to help vulnerable populations across Canada as they manage adversity, reach their potential and end the cycle of poverty and trauma. By redefining the way non-profit organizations approach these challenges, CUPS has set a new standard of care for measuring impact in the non-profit sector.
As the need increases, so does the importance of elevating the awareness of the challenges facing these people, educating the community about how to break the cycle of poverty, and, most importantly, increasing fundraising dollars to support CUPS’ programming.
“Through thoughtful planning, impactful writing and smart social execution, our team worked with CUPS to find fundraising success on social media. We are extremely proud to accept this recognition,” says Melanie Nicholson, Principal and Owner of MLC.
MLC’s win was announced via social media, and the winning team will also be recognized for its accomplishment in a special write-up on Ragan’s internationally-read news website.
