With the Content Marketing Essentials package, MLC becomes your content specialist team, supporting you to develop captivating stories and thoughtful articles that connect with your community.

This is a monthly package that includes:

  • Social media management (basic)

    • 3-4 posts per week for up to four social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or Twitter)

    • Scheduling/posting of content

  • Blog writing

    • 2 blog posts per month (max. 600 words/blog), either provided for posting or MLC can post for you

  • Newsletter

    • Monthly newsletter to your community with the latest insights, trends, events and activities happening at your business

Total cost: $2,000/month +GST*

*With a minimum three month commitment, MLC will also offer the following at no additional cost:

  • Two (2) custom-designed social graphic templates that support your brand look and feel

  • Newsletter template design/development

There is a big push to increase access to mental health support in our communities. Many people don't have benefits, and if they do, counselling often isn't included. We are so pleased to be supporting @jennifer_berard_associates who is increasing access to counselling through a limited-time program. This fall, individuals can purchase a block of eight counselling sessions to be used between September 2022 and January 2023. What would normally cost $200/session works out to $25/session. What we also love about this program is it's designed to support and nurture another mental health professional along in their career. The counselling sessions will be with a Registered Social Worker who is completing her Master's in Clinical Social Work from @UCalgary. Mental health matters. Education matters.
